Delta Robots are three-legged robots that are known for their speed and elegance. These Robots are designed for use in many applications such as assembly, lab automation and in the field of medical science for surgery. Not many prototypes of these Robots were built as their design was protected by a patent which was owned by only a few companies. Well, this all will soon change as the patents are going to expire in a few days and I hope some better versions of this amazing robot in future.
